Flamingo Flea Market – For Fun, Fitness, Fantastic Finds and A Fabulous Fish Taco!

I have a booth at the Flamingo Island Flea Market. I Figured that because the Flea Market is so big, it can inspire people who may not want to walk the beach or get on a treadmill, to walk The Flea Market.  Not only will you burn Fat but you will Find healthy Foods to Fill your Figures. Go Figure! Whoops another F Word! Keep reading Fantastic Feeling shared below….

Bagel Lox with a Side Salad

 

Let me explain how easy it is to burn Fat, Feel Fit and at the same time, shop, eat and pick up a Few things you need. I start my day with a great cup of coffee at the Flea Market in one of their many venues. You do not have to resort to your normal morning breakfast spots. Come On mix it up. Life needs to be Fun.  Feed yourself at the Flea Market. There are so many different egg dishes you would think you are at the local diner. There are mini donuts too.  I walk by that section with Fleeting pace!

For lunch, it s Bagel and Loxs or an Avocado Tostado. They do NOT skimp here on Food. The loxs are Fresh, wet and a succulent bright orange color.  This is where I get my protein, niacin, B12 and Potassium. Could be the Seattle girl in me why I love Salmon! Could be the NYC gal in me as I spent most of my life in NYC and bagels were my main stay. But, now that I am in Bonita, Avocados are  my go to Fruit. $6.00 and you have a gourmet meal at the Flea Market!

Later in the day, I want an Espresso. Not a coffee, but an ice cream cone! Just one scoop! After that cone, I am motivated to walk the half mile Flea Market again, but this time, Faster, with Fleeting pace and Feel Fitter than when I First came to the Flea Market.

Mall Walking is now being replaced by Flea Strolling. Y STROLL FIT, because one gets Fitter Faster with more Fun if they  Find The Flea Market on a Friday!

WHEN GYMS ARE TOO COLD!

I like to Sweat when I workout! I like to feel the beads of sweat dripping down my thighs. I like it when my arm pits are moist and slippery. I love it when I am feeling fit and sticky.

When I go into most GYMS, they are freezing cold. So cold that I have to bike or treadmill for 30 minutes before I even feel warm, let alone hot. When I go to these Cold Gyms, I have to wear a bra that is like an armor, so I do not give that “Wet” T Shirt look while I am feeling “nippy”?

Sweating helps the body cleanse, purify and get the pores pouring out toxins.  I also like to imagine the fat on my body is heating up and melting off with every drop of sweat. Sipping cold water with lemon and spraying your face with a cool mist of mint feels as if you brought you own Spa.

Here at the Flamingo Island Flea Market, that pool of sweat is found fast in the Blue Isle. Fitness is found and released and the feeling of being hot and sweaty is discovered. But what is really great, the class is over in 30 minutes while others in the Gym, are still trying and waiting to feel the burn?
